Website & App Decision Studio

Positioning Build Before You Buy.

Know what a vendor offer leaves undecided.

For a nontechnical small-business owner evaluating a website or app offer: compare practical paths and approve a decision-ready draft before committing to the wrong build.

Start with the offer

Bundled fictional default The judge path uses only the bundled fictional offer. The optional structured lane accepts general categories only—never personal, confidential, customer, credential, payment, exact vendor, or production data. The app has no backend or persistence; browser/agent processing remains subject to its provider, and downloads begin only when you choose Download.

Optional secondary lane

Keep the fictional demo, or use general categories.

The bundled Northstar scenario remains the default and the 86-second target path. No agent or URL can select or populate the structured lane.

Staged revision

Nothing staged

A proposed change will appear here without altering approved state.

Human authority boundary

The agent prepares. This visible action approves.

This session-local control records approval for the exact staged revision. It is a workflow gate, not authentication or an external security boundary; staging anything new invalidates it.

Educational-use and authority boundaries

Know Before Yes is a free educational planning aid. It does not select or rank a vendor; negotiate, purchase, authorize payment, sign, or accept a contract; make an external-system change; or provide legal, financial, accounting, security, procurement, or other professional advice. Its output is a draft planning blueprint based on a fictional scenario or the general categories you select. SHG does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, compatibility, availability, approval, timing, security, savings, revenue, growth, or any other outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions, source materials, independent review, and professional advice when appropriate. Use only information you have the right and authority to use, and do not enter prohibited or third-party confidential data. Human approval inside the tool is an in-session workflow control; it is not identity verification, legal authorization, a signature, consent for another person, or acceptance of any external terms.

Privacy and hosting

Know Before Yes. Know Before Yes offers a bundled fictional scenario and an optional fixed-field scenario. The optional fields accept only general, nonidentifying categories and are processed in the current browser session. SHG does not provide an application account or application backend for scenario content and does not intentionally store that content after the session. The tool does not use scenario-content analytics, advertising, or tracking. If you invoke WebMCP features or use an AI-enabled browser, the browser or AI provider may process the structured selections and tool results under that provider's terms, settings, and privacy practices. Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary connection metadata needed to deliver and protect the public page, such as IP address, timestamp, requested path, user-agent, routing, and security-event information. The public page is delivered as static assets through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request paths, routing and system-configuration data, traffic and security-event data, and service or network metrics to deliver, secure, and operate the page. For covered personal data under Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum, SHG is the controller and Cloudflare is the processor; Cloudflare may use its listed group affiliates and Developer Platform subprocessors, currently Google LLC and Oracle America, Inc., in the listed global locations subject to its contractual transfer safeguards. Cloudflare documents that customer HTTP request logs are not retained for Logpull by default and that Logpull is unavailable on the Free plan, but Cloudflare may retain provider Network Data and administrative records under its terms and contract-based retention criteria. SHG does not enable Web Analytics, Pages Functions, plugins, bindings, Logpush, Logpull, customer request-log retention, or a scenario-content endpoint for Know Before Yes. Cloudflare's static cache may keep superseded assets at a data center for up to one week after a deployment change. A blueprint download is created only at your request and remains under your control on your device. Resetting, reloading, or closing the page clears the tool's in-session state; it does not delete a file you already downloaded or information independently processed by your browser, AI provider, or hosting provider.

Support

For general product support, visit Know Before Yes Support or email knowbeforeyes-support@sykesholdinggroup.com. Do not send scenario content, confidential information, credentials, customer data, private code, or a downloaded blueprint with your support request.

Support is state-free. Know Before Yes never prefills, attaches, or transmits the current scenario, a blueprint, or any other tool state to either support destination.
